Trong quá trình giảng dạy, giáo viên AP cần linh hoạt trong việc điều chỉnh giáo trình giảng dạy sao cho phù hợp với tiến độ học của học viên.

Nếu học viên có thắc mắc hoặc khó khăn trong quá trình học tập, giảng viên cần có trách nhiệm giải đáp tận tình và đảm bảo học sinh có thể nắm vững phần kiến thức cần sử dụng trong quá trình học tập và ôn thi tại trường học. Giáo viên cần cập nhật giáo trình giảng dạy AP thường xuyên để phù hợp với chương trình giảng dạy tại trường học, bao gồm các phần kiến thức nâng cao cần bổ trợ cho học viên.

Trách nhiệm của giáo viên AP

Trách nhiệm của giáo viên AP trong quá trình tiếp nhận và giảng dạy học viên trong khoá học như sau:

• Đánh giá trình độ đầu vào học viên.
• Đề xuất kế hoạch giảng dạy (lesson plan) phù hợp với trình độ của học viên dựa trên chương trình học tập được Công ty cung cấp hoặc theo đề nghị từ phía học viên.
• Đưa ra phương pháp học tập phù hợp giúp học viên khắc phục các điểm yếu trong quá trình học tập các môn A Level.
• Định hướng giúp học viên dựa trên kinh nghiệm học tiếng Anh của bản thân.
• Đảm bảo về phương pháp tiếp cận trong quá trình giảng dạy: lập kế hoạch, thực hiện, giám sát quá trình học tập của học viên.
• Đảm bảo tiến độ giảng dạy, số tiết học trong tuần, trong tháng.
• Đảm bảo chất lượng tiết học và kết quả học tập của học viên.
• Đánh giá và tổng kết quá trình học tập của từng học viên.
• Đề xuất và đóng góp các tài liệu giảng dạy, phương pháp giảng dạy.

Yêu cầu của vị trí Giáo viên AP

Chúng tôi có quy trình đánh giá chất lượng giáo viên nghiêm ngặt và tỉ mỉ theo tiêu chuẩn quốc tế. Trong đó, ưu tiên các giáo viên đáp ứng các yêu cầu về trình độ học thuật và kỹ năng giảng dạy như sau:

Trình độ học thuật

1. Giáo viên có kinh nghiệm giảng dạy AP tại các trường song ngữ & quốc tế tại Việt Nam.
2. Giáo viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các trung tâm tiếng Anh, trung tâm giảng dạy A Level tại Việt Nam.
3. Du học sinh tốt nghiệp từ Anh, Mỹ, Australia, Canada.
4. Sinh viên tốt nghiệp từ các trường ĐH Top đầu tại Việt Nam.
5. Độ tuổi: >22 tuổi
6. IELTS 6.5 (hoặc các chứng chỉ trình độ tương đương C1 CEFR) và các chứng chỉ giảng dạy tiếng Anh quốc tế.

Phẩm chất và Kỹ năng:

1. Trung thực, lịch sự, có kỹ năng ứng xử tốt, đúng giờ, kỷ luật.
2. Phát âm tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt rõ ràng.
3. Có khả năng truyền đạt, giao tiếp linh hoạt. Có kỹ năng sử dụng các kỹ thuật và phương pháp dạy học khác nhau để nâng cao khả năng của học viên như: ngữ âm, ngữ pháp, từ vựng; đặc biệt 4 kỹ năng: Listening (Nghe) – Speaking (Nói) – Reading (Đọc) – Writing (Viết) và các kiến thức chuyên môn của từng môn học.
4. Có khả năng tự giải quyết vấn đề độc lập.
5. Có khả năng thích ứng nhanh với những yêu cầu đột xuất.
6. Có khả năng nắm bắt được cảm xúc, trình độ, thái độ học tập và nhận thức của học viên để điều chỉnh các hoạt động và phương pháp dạy học.

Requirements of the AP Teacher position

Academic level

1. Teachers have experience teaching AP at bilingual & international schools in Vietnam.
2. Teachers have experience working at English centers and A Level teaching centers in Vietnam.
3. International students graduating from the UK, USA, Australia, Canada.
4. Students graduated from top universities in Vietnam.
5. Age: >22 years old
6. IELTS 6.5 (or equivalent level certificates C1 CEFR) and international English teaching certificates.

Qualities and Skills:

1. Honest, polite, good behavioral skills, punctual, disciplined.
2. Clear English and Vietnamese pronunciation.
3. Ability to convey and communicate flexibly. Have skills in using different teaching techniques and methods to improve students’ abilities such as: phonetics, grammar, vocabulary; especially 4 skills: Listening – Speaking – Reading – Writing and specialized knowledge of each subject.
